Our Team

Courtney has been President and General Counsel since he purchased CenterLine in 2008. He has been leading the company forward for over ten years thanks to his innovate thinking and years of experience. Courtney graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance. He was the liaison between inside sales and architectural sales for U.S. Aluminum before coming to ACE in 1997. Courtney opened the Northwest Arkansas branch for CenterLine in 1998 before attending the William H. Bowen School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor with Honors in 2004.

From his early days tinkering with Lincoln Logs and Legos to assisting his grandfather in crafting benches, Marcus exhibited a natural penchant for building at a young age. His journey into construction began during his High School years, where he honed his skills in residential and commercial construction. In 1997, Marcus embarked on a new chapter by delving into the glazing industry, starting from the ground up and gradually mastering fabrication, installation, estimation, and project management.

His career trajectory saw him tackle prestigious high-end retail projects, offering invaluable lessons in client relations and vendor management. Joining ACE Glass in 2011 marked another milestone, where Marcus ascended through the ranks, transitioning from Estimator to Project Management and ultimately assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for both ACE Glass and Centerline Systems.

Outside of work, Marcus finds solace in cherished moments with family and friends, indulging in rounds of golf, and nurturing his green thumb in the yard.

Erik graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a professional degree in Architecture. He brings over 20 years of industry experience to the team, with past roles including sales & marketing management, direct-to-customer sales, and management of a sales team. Erik, along with his 2 kids, are active members of Fellowship Bible Church. He enjoys mountain biking and supporting Razorback Athletics.

Brian serves as the Production Manager at CenterLine. Brian started with CenterLine in 2010. He now oversees all of the production areas in the fabrication shop and coordinates product specifications and scheduling with the project managers and construction foreman. He also oversees the programming and operation of the equipment, including the CNC panel routers, the 5-axis CNC fabrication center, and the FuseCube glass coater. In his free time, Brian enjoys woodworking, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

Kirk’s glazing career began in 1980 doing residential and commercial installation. In 1985 became shop foreman in Arizona. Two years later became manager until 1996. Looking to get into a larger market moved to Kentucky working for several glass shops until 2001 when he opened his own shop. In 2008 medical issues forced a shutdown. Kirk joined CenterLine in 2010 and serves as Shop Foreman.

Blake serves as a project manager for Centerline Systems. Blake has worked in construction since 2004 and has a strong background in both estimating and project management. His previous experiences include electrical, pre-engineered metal building systems, insulated metal wall panels, standing seam roof systems, structural steel, curtain wall, storefront, and ACM panels. Blake enjoys cooking for family, fishing, hunting, camping, and coaching his son and daughter baseball and softball.

After finishing nursing school, I felt the pull toward something entirely different – the construction industry. I obtained my degree in Project Management from Colorado State University and have gained 7 years of estimating and project management experience in the civil, structural, and architectural trades. I value my education and experience and am driven by the need to continually learn and diversify my skill-set, which is why I am thrilled to join the CenterLine team as a Fabrication Estimator. However, I believe a balanced life is the best life and enjoy things such as raising my two wonderful sons, golfing with my husband, traveling, and calling the Hogs!
